1. ONLINE/ MOBILE REQUEST – The client voluntarily asks for a psychosocial or legal counseling session. 1. The DGO staff responsible for handling the email and FB account of the UPDGO, email and mobile numbers of the Counseling Program reads and forwards the request based on the specified needs of the clients. If it’s legal, the request will be forwarded to the legal counselor. If it’s psychosocial, the request will be forwarded to the counselor. None 2 hours Person’s in-charge of UPDGO’s email account & Facebook account, counseling program’s email, and mobile numbers
 

2. PROCESSING OF  REQUEST 

2. The counselor shall schedule an online meeting or responds in email or chat as needed. None  1 day

3. CONDUCT OF COUNSELING 3.1 The counselor meets the client online on the agreed date.

 

3.2 The counselor will schedule another session if it’s needed.

 

3.3 The counselor prepares counseling materials/tools to be used during the session.

4. POST-COUNSELING 4.1 The counselor prepares the counseling report to be submitted to the Coordinator/ Officer-In-Charge 

4.2 The counselor provides a counseling certificate upon request of the counselee.

  • Request for Gender Sensitivity Training / Gender Sensitivity Orientation (GST/GSO)

The Diliman Gender office offers training to develop a consciousness that is gender-sensitive, responsive, and promotive of gender equality and empowerment.

2. PROCESSING OF TRAINING REQUEST 1. The request will be forwarded to the Coordinator/OIC. The Coordinator/OIC shall evaluate the requests and shall approve or disapprove the request. If it’s approved/disapproved, the request is forwarded to the Training Officer. The Training Officer communicates with the requesting agency for the schedule/ or disapproval of the request.  1 hour Coordinator/ Training Officer
3. TRAINING PREPARATION 3.1 Asked requesting party to accomplish training needs assessment. In some cases, the Training Officer meets with the representative of the requesting agency to understand and address their specific needs.

 

3.2 The Training Officer prepares for the training, including contacting resource persons and facilitators, creation of Zoom credentials, analysis of TNA, preparation of TNA and evaluation forms, preparation of payment order for the resource person, etc.

 

3.3 In some cases, a technical run will be scheduled and conducted before the actual training.

4. TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION 1. Conduct online gender sensitivity training/orientation.   2 days Training Officer

5. POST-TRAINING ACTIVITIES 5.1 The administrative staff prepares vouchers and related documents to process the honorarium of the resource person and facilitators. 

 

5.2 The Training Officer reviews the evaluation results and prepares Certificates of Recognition and Participation. The certificates will then be sent by the administrative staff through email.
