adminSURVEY: Pag-aaral hinggil sa sitwasyon ng mga dati at kasalukuyang nagpapasusong ina (breastfeeding mothers) na empleyado, REPS at fakulti sa UP Diliman Layunin ng pag-aaral na ito na siyasatin ang dati at kasalukuyang sitwasyon ng mga nagpapasusong ina na empleyado, REPS at fakulti ng UP Diliman bago pa man dumating ang pandemya, hanggang sa kasalukuyan. Nais matukoy ng pag-aaral kung papaano hinaharap ng mga nabanggit ang dati at kasalukuyang sitwasyon, ano ang mga naging tugon ng kani-kaniyang mga pamilya, opisina, ng Unibersidad, at kung ano ang nakikita nilang mga maaari pang pagbutihin bilang suporta sa kanilang pangangailangan. Sisikapin ng pag-aaral na itong bumuo ng rekomendasyon na ihahapag sa mga opisinang mayroong kinalaman sa kalagayang nabanggit. Masasagutan ang survey sa loob ng 15-20 minuto. Maaaring lumahok sa survey na ito ang mga dati o kasalukuyang breastfeeding mothers/nagpapasusong ina, pati na rin ang mga kasalukuyang nagbubuntis/expectant mothers na kawani, REPS o fakulti ng UP Diliman. Sakaling hindi naman pasok sa mga nabanggit, maaari ninyong i-refer ito sa mga kakilalang kaopisina/kasama sa yunit/kolehiyo ng UP Diliman na breastfeeding/nagpapasuso, dating nakaranas ng breastfeeding/pagpapasuso, at nagbubuntis/expectant mothers. adminThe UP Diliman Gender Office is part of the Study Group on SOGIESC Provisions in the University of the Philippines Gender Policies, a research committee comprised of constituent unit representatives from the UP System Gender and Development Committee and led by the UP Center for Women’s and Gender Studies. The Study Group was formed to document reported and unreported cases of discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC), which will be used as evidence towards integrating SOGIESC-related provisions into the gender-related policies in the University, as embodied in the Guidelines on Promoting Empowerment and Gender Equality in the University of the Philippines (also known as the UP Gender Guidelines) and the University of the Philippines Anti-Sexual Harassment Code (UP ASH Code). Following are the Research Objectives as formulated by the Study Group: 1. To document cases of discrimination on the basis of SOGIESC reported to the gender offices and offices of anti-sexual harassment of the University of the Philippines constituent units and the offices’ responses to these cases 2. To surface incidents of discrimination on the basis of SOGIESC that were not reported to any UP Gender Offices or offices of anti-sexual harassment 3.
